4. Payments and Fees

RAJ facilitates payments between organizations and musicians. By using our payment services:

• Organizations agree to pay the agreed-upon rate plus applicable platform fees
• Musicians agree to RAJ's service fee structure
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Disputes must be reported within 7 days of the gig completion

5. Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary based on timing:

• More than 7 days before gig: Full refund
• 3-7 days before gig: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 3 days before gig: No refund
• Emergency cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

RAJ and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Disclaimers

RAJ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the quality of services provided through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
